Privacy Policy
Last updated: 17 October 2026
Ganitha Loka is an independent mathematics learning website. You can use the games without creating an account. The site stores game progress in your browser and receives information you choose to send through the contact form or email. Google Analytics is temporarily disabled. This policy explains how information is handled.
Progress and preferences in your browser
Your saved player profile, including XP, level, badges and streaks, and your sound preference are stored on your device using localStorage. There is no account-based progress sync. Clearing this site's data in your browser removes these saved details. Saving progress does not require Google Analytics, and gameplay events are not sent to Google Analytics while it is disabled.
Google Analytics is temporarily disabled
The site no longer loads the Google Analytics tag or sends it new page views or gameplay events. Games, locally saved progress and sound preferences continue to work without analytics.
Google Analytics is currently disabled. Disabling it does not delete data collected earlier.
For information about Google's handling of previously collected data, see how Google uses information from sites that use its services. This policy will be updated before analytics is enabled again.
Contact messages
If you submit the contact form, you provide your name, email address, message and, optionally, your role (such as parent or teacher). The site's mail handler sends these details to contact@ganithaloka.com through the hosting provider's email service. If you email directly, your email provider also processes your message. These details are used to respond to questions, investigate reported problems and consider feedback.
Contact correspondence may remain in the site's email mailbox and the email providers' backups. To request deletion of a message you sent, write to contact@ganithaloka.com. Please do not include passwords, payment details or other sensitive information in messages.
Hosting and external resources
The hosting provider processes requests needed to deliver the website and may keep server logs containing IP addresses, requested pages, timestamps and browser information for operation and security. Some lesson pages load the KaTeX mathematics library from jsDelivr. When your browser requests those files, that provider receives the network information needed to deliver them. These providers process information under their own policies; their server-side retention settings cannot be controlled through your browser's saved game data.
Children and family use
Children can use the learning activities without entering a name or email address. Parents and guardians should help children with contact requests and avoid including identifying details about a child in messages. Google Analytics is currently disabled on all pages. Hosting and external-resource requests are described above. A parent or guardian can contact the site about information a child has submitted.

Please note that blocking essential local storage may reset your locally saved XP, achievements, and sound preferences on this device.
